My Story
I spent 20 years in the fast-paced world of advertising, an industry I loved for its energy, innovation and creativity. Over time, however, I felt more and more like something was missing, I wasn't living in alignment. Eventually, in 2021, I signed up to the Cambridge University Sustainability in Leadership Course.  This period of study and subsequent completion set me on the path of disruption, I started to challenge the accepted norms and began advocating for systemic changes within the advertising industry in order to be more aligned with the natural world and the living systems that sustain us.Â
Â
This shift in focus reinvigorated my enthusiasm for my career but it also exhausted me in ways I didn’t expect. I knew that changemakers inside organisations were essential for growth and change but I had underestimated the pressure of being a lone voice for change within an economy that simply wasn’t designed to truly enable it.
Discovering EFT
It was at this point that EFT entered my life. I joined a women's EFT circle and began individual sessions with my now-mentor Bec Milligan. This fundamentally changed my life. I was able to finally see the patterns that were holding me back, challenge limiting beliefs that I hadn't even noticed, and found new ways to regulate my nervous system.
Â
The practical tools transformed my approach to work and I wanted to find out more about applying EFT to other areas of my life.
Â
In March 2026, I trained to Level 2 with Karl Dawson, one of the world's leading EFT practitioners and during the course the idea for The Dappled Path offering was formed.

Realisation
EFT was, and still is a catalyst for many positive changes in my own life. This led me to the realisation that many people know where they would like to spend their energy but feel trapped between the pace of everyday life and systems that surround us. Our patterns and perceptions have been formed over a lifetime to help us navigate and survive in this environment but what does it truly mean to thrive? Through EFT work you can start to explore what is serving you and what may potentially be hindering your ability to live more in alignment.Â
